Review – Indominus – WAR (Single)

INDOMINUS – WAR !!OUT NOW!!

As i sat down to review the latest single by Indominus i felt a tremor in the room around me and i almost paniced at the thought of an earthquake about to hit.

Then i realised it was the ungodly chugging riff of the song i was listening to; WAR.

It was clear from the very beginning that the band had put effort into this production as each element was so prominent in its place it caught my attention immediately. The low gut rumbling bass tone with the Doritos level crispy guitar was a meal for my ears.

The vocal delivery throughout the single are well executed and never lost in the mix nor overpower any of the instrumental sections. I would have liked to hear more dynamics in the vocals to avoid potential monotone but they worked well despite that.

If you like metal that makes you chew your bottom lip and test the elasticity of your neck for nearly 5 minutes then this single is for you!

Watch out for the Goliath breakdown laden with pinch harmonics, they prick your soul like a raven on fresh carrion.

For production and overall enjoyability of WAR i give this 7 blunt force traumas out of 10

WAR is available to stream now! Check out the video below.

This track will be added to the UK Death Dealer reviewed music Spotify playlist, you can check out the song HERE
