Ahoy shipmates, Reaper have completely changed directions with their new single, and the new track see’s Daniel and the gang hoisting the Jolly Roger and carrying parrots, as the UK’s answer to Alestorm…

…Of course that’s not true, our Liverpool based Proggy Thrash pals once again give us a cracking metal track, with no shitty sea shanty to be heard.. that said this new track continues to move them further away from the thrash side of their sound, that’s doesn’t mean there are’t some big catchy riffs, soaring solo’s and powerful vocals to enjoy. The production quality, song writing skills and downright hookiness of ‘Into The Sea’ makes it a real pleasure to listen to.

‘Into The Sea’ shows that Reaper have everything it takes to move from underground thrashers to crowd favourite modern metallers and I hope they grasp the opportunity with both hands!!
