Hide in plain spite:
Instantly infectious song that smacks of early Gorgoroth, Davghter are here to break the mould of whatever you think you know about black metal. Kicking off the single with the melancholic intro riff, along with the trans flag highlighted, an image which suits their aesthetic given the groups advocacy for trans rights, Hide in plain spite is a call for hope for any listener feeling isolated in an increasingly divided world. Overall solid production, particularly for the raw vocal stylings of Isabelle Bale, Davghter are the new band you need right now.
