Absolution are an old school Death Metal formed in 1991 by ex Benediction & Cerebral Fix bass player Paul Adams.

Known for their “filthy” and “nose-breaking” style, they take inspiration from genre legends like Bolt Thrower and Obituary and have also shared a stage with Bolt Thrower, Benediction and Cannibal Corpse among many others.

The band has recorded an EP (Temptations of the Flesh) and
their debut full length release “Confessions of the Iniquitous.

2026 sees a line up change and Phil has joined on Bass guitar, expect some new material and expect the boys on a stage near you very soon!
